Flare captures Blondie

In an alternate universe of Fairy Tail Lucy's stalker, Flare Corona not only has the power of hair manipulation pass down by her village's Sacred Flame but also having the frightening power of Mass Manipulation.  With that, she uses it to how heroines fear where no one can find her.

I've also had Flare's appearance based on her attire being in her ideal version of Brandish μ giving more of the alternate universe concept.
